Todos los levantamientos  fundamentales y las progresiones para tener bases solidas para  transmitir la técnica. Con presencia de hermanos sudamericanos y  centroamericanos (Brasil, Uruguay y Costa Rica) e incluso un practicante  de Australia, Steve Cotter certificó a 15 nuevos instructores luego de  dos durísimas jornadas de mucha práctica y sufrimiento.&lt;br /&gt;Se estudiaron todas las cargadas básicas, pilares del entrenamiento  kettlebell. Si seguro, jajajaja!  Vos y yo sabemos que abriendo un email lleva a 15 mas y luego a quien  sabe que o quien sabe por cuánto tiempo. Abrir un email es como una  abrir tubo de papas pringles “Una vez que lo abrís… no podes parar!!!”.&lt;br /&gt; Durante la noche, mientras estamos acostados, los discos  intervertebrales, al no sufrir la presión diaria, se llenan de líquido  dejando la columna vertebral muy dócil (los discos se hinchan y se  comprime la zona) para la primera parte de nuestras mañanas. Hay algunos  momentos del día en que nuestras columnas son más vulnerables. El  estrés sobre nuestros discos al doblarnos se incrementa en un 300 % y en  los ligamentos en un 80% a la mañana temprano. (Adams MA et al., 1987).&lt;br /&gt; Por eso sería más sabio estar despierto un par de horas antes de ir a  nuestro gimnasio casero en el garaje e intentar imitar a los hombres más  fuertes del mundo que vimos la noche anterior en ESPN.&lt;br /&gt; La última cosa que queremos hacer es pasar de un estado inactivo  (dormir) a otro estado inactivo (estar sentado en una silla con una  computadora). Muchos de nosotros, nos demos cuenta o no, no tenemos la  mejor postura en nuestras sillas mientras tipeamos en un teclado.&lt;br /&gt; En la medida que pasa la mañana nuestros discos intervertebrales pierden  líquido descomprimiendo la zona, entonces porque querríamos endurecer  nuestras espaldas arruinándolas en una posición postural pobre??&lt;br /&gt;
